Well, the week has passed and it wasn't so bad for me after all. And it wasn't so good
either. Somewhere in between lah. Abg Tofik went for reservist on Tuesday (12/08) and I
had initially thought that it was going to be pretty tough without having him around.

Then the news came and Abg Tofik says that this week, he can go home as his duties
are only during office hours and that means I can meet him!. So on Tues itself, while he
was on reservist, I had made plans with my minah gf, Wai Leng. She is a chinese but
very the minah. Cakap melayu macam air. I remembered there was once when we
went to Aunty Shop to get Sparky seat done and I ran into a schoolmate of mine who
then happen to ask me, "Eh num, kawan ko tu melayu ke cina??"
Hehehe.... Ah Leng ah! You cina or malay ah!?

Anyway, I spent the whole day riding with Wai Leng. First stop was Bugis to have lunch,
then to Ubi to change Sparky's engine oil and IU unit. Then to Kallang to change Wai Leng's
Gallie coolant and then to Ah Boy to get the side basket for Sparky and our final stop
was Far East Plaza. KNS, halfway thru raining.. terpaksa berteduh japs. Wai Leng was
feeling hungry again and we had dinner @ Cahaya following by some window shopping.
Isk isk isk.. niat di hati tak nak shop.. apa kan daya, shopping jugak. Ni somer Wai Leng
peh pasal. Bawak saya masok itu kedai ada sale for shoes and that pretty red heels caught
my eyes and there I go... paid $20 for it. It was worth it lah, coz the heels are really comfy.

Finally, I decided to call it a day and headed to Sembawang! Drop by Abg Tofik place
and chilled there till midnite. I thought I was feeling pretty okay and was sitting comfortably
on the couch with Abg Tofik next to me watching tv when I realised that I ha d fell asleep.
Gua tetito la beb.. tetahu sadar je dah nak midnite. Abg Tofik looked at me and smiled,
"Cian bacin I satu nie.. tetito..." Saya dah macam kucing pemalas... mengeliat sini liat
sana. Ekekekekekeke...

Then on Wednesday was a lame day at work for me. I was feeling so not in the mood maybe
due to the fact that Abg Tofik was always on my mind. I kept thinking what he is doing at the camp. Unlike if he is at work, I can just email him. Senang cakap, saya kangen sama dia lah. And so I smsed Bestie to ask if she was free after work as I wanted to go out coz Abg Tofik will be back late that day and he needs to rest early. That means I can't meet him. Conclusion - Bestie, Me, Lyna and my minah gf Wai Leng, headed down to the party placeto get our booties shaken. I didn't shake that much. Shouldn't have worn heels. Depriving me of my dance routine. Chet.

Thursday I was off again and this time saya jadik chauffer lah. Chauffer to my beloved
sister, Kak Mas. I had become her companion the whole day and it was fun. Dah lama
tak dating dia macam gini. She came by my place at noon and off we go on Sparky to
HDB Hub. Lunch was @ BK. Itupun macam dah tak kuasa coz initially we wanted to eat
at Banquet and I was damn sure there was one at Toa Payoh. We walked quite a distance
to look for it only to find out that it had closed down. Kesian eh kita?

After lunch, we headed to CT Plaza as Kak Mas wanted to get her hair extended. Miang.
Rambut dulu panjang, dia gunting kasik pendek. Sekarang nak panjang pulak.
Alasan dia kasi, "Anja, tahun nie raya nak pi visiting bakal mertua, jadik nak feeling
pompuan kasik rambot panjang...." Ya lah, dengar dengar orang rambot pendek bukan
pompuan per.. chet. The hair extension process took about 2 hours plus and Kak Mas was
late for work. The minute she was done, I did not hesitate any longer and sent her to work.

Later at nite, tired as I may seem after riding the whole day, my face was still beaming with
a smile. Simply because Abg Tofik had told me that he will come by and fetch me from home
and we are going to have supper. I get to spend time with him again! Supper was @
Pasir Panjang as Abg Tofik was craving for roti prata. Then after we headed to Mount Faber
to enjoy the beautiful scenery from the top before calling it a nite.

Friday was yet another day at work and I headed home straight coz Abg Tofik will be
spending the nite at the camp and I was feeling tired, thus headed back home and I
actually slept early. Oh did I mention that I was sneezing like every 5 mins thru'out the
time I was at work? Tanda tanda penyakit macam dah ada....

Then came Saturday... TADAAA!!! I fell sick. Read: Flu + Sore Throat + Cough.
3 in 1 combo just like that. And I got it OVERNITE! BahhH!! Menci. Suddenly whole immune system macam shut down and when I got off work, Abg Tofik had come to fetch me and he looked so worried sick. For the first time, eversince we got together, Abg Tofik says he has never seen me so quiet. Like really really quiet. Even when I had my slip disc back then, I wasn't this quiet. Each time when Abg Tofik talk to me, all I did was to just nod my head, or shake it or just answer with a "emm", "no" and "ya". Macam gini lah saya kalao sakit. Not any sakit but when I'm struck with flu and especially a bad throat, you can hardly hear me speak.

To Abg Tofik, sorry that I got you worried with my condition like this. I cannot help it. And
I am sorry for having to make you leave early yesternite from your friends' gathering as I
was really feeling lousy all over. Sigh. I make it up to you yah. After I got home, wash up
ate some food and took my medication and hit the sack. I was suddenly shivering all over
and was feeling very cold. Took the thermometer and checked my temperature - 37.9 degrees. Oh great. Fever would be the last thing I was looking forward to. Bleargh.

Then today, here I am at work, blogging about how my week has gone by. Feeling just slightly better with the fever almost gone. I can at least talk a lil bit today but my voice chialat. Dah macam rawkers la beb. Yen Ling says I sound sexy with the husky voice. Chet. So, para hadirin dan hadirat, saya rasa blog saya macam panjang giler gitu eh. Harap harap mata anda semua tak kero lah kan. Ekekekekekeke... that's about how's my week has been and right now all I wanna do is just recuperate and get better coz Abg Tofik will be in camp and staying in from tomorrow onwards and that means no seeing him till weekend!

I really hope the time passes quickly. Can't wait for the weekend. Activities already planned
and must really take many many pictures. Ok I'm done. Toodles all!
