Before I start my virgin entry for 2.0.0.9, let me wish all of you again,
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!
May all that has happened in 2008 be a memory and may 2009 brings the best for all of us! To old friends, I hope our friendship will last forever and ever aite.. and to the new ones, it was great knowing you and let us begin our journey in friendship! I hope your countdown partying was splendid. For me, I have never really celebrated or been to countdowns for the past 5 or 6 years. So I thought it would be the same lor last nite. But, it turned out to be pretty.. hmmm.. nice.
Abg Tofik actually wanted to spend the last hours of 2008 with me because he says that 2008 has been the best year for him.. coz he got me :) Alhamdullillah... and Dee, thank you to you too for all the time you have put aside to be with me and to love me for who I am not what I am. Thank you also for being so patient with my tantrums at times and always being there for me most of the time. May this year be another great year for us too. Insya'Allah.
So how did we spent time together during the last hours of 2008? We went to Kranji Dam - somewhere along Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve there. To watch fireworks, across the border @ Johor Bahru. It was really nice because firstly, it wasn't so crowded though there were cars and lorries all parked along the roadside, and the weather was somehow cooling and peaceful. Thing is, when we reached there, the fireworks were already shooting up in the sky and I had no chance to capture it in my camera becoz... nevermind lah. As long I get to witnessed it wity my eyes and be there next to Abg Tofik, I am contented already.
When the fireworks are done, we started to camwhore. Putting my photography skills to work and I was convinced that if I had more training kan, I can be a professional photographer tau! Ekekekekeke.. macam real jeee. Chet. Abg Tofik pon perasan jugak! Here are a few pics, the remaining you can view under my Photos yah. So yah, that's about it on my virgin entry for 2009. Until then, many many good things will come by this year. From babies boOm to engagements to weddings... fuhhhhh... pack la dey!
